-Grate 2 carrots and 1/2 onion
-Add Tsp coconut flour or almond flour
-Add one egg
-Mix all together until it binds into cakes. Add more flour or egg if needed.
-Heat skillet with ghee or coconut oil and brown on one side. Flip and brown on other side.
Perfect alternative to potatoes in the morning.
