1. Toast pecans in oven or pan with cinnamon and nutmeg
2. Mix together equal parts cocoa powder and coconut oil. I used about 4Tbsp of each
3. Layer toasted pecans on parchment paper and cover with cocoa mix and shredded coconuts
4. Freeze until hard
5. Break into pieces and enjoy!
